Cancellation Policy
Class Cancellations must occur within a 2-hour window of the class to retain credit for your class pass. All payments for class packs are non refundable and must be used before expiration with no exceptions. Classes can be rescheduled as long as student gives a 2 hour notice before class begins. For privates and semi privates, reschedules MUST happen within a 4 hour period for a no fee reschedule, otherwise 50% of value will be used to cover administration costs.
